Full Moon series by Ellen Schreiber

This week marks the beginning of the Full Moon series segment of Epic Reads' "The End is Here" celebration! Which means that in a few days, all sorts of cool content revolving around this wolf-y series will be up on the Epic Reads blog along with two posts by yours truly!

I don't want to give away what I'll be talking about or ruin the series for any of you out there who may want to read it, so I'm just going to give you a preview of what these books are all about!

Werewolves

Yes, this teen paranormal romance series focuses on those doomed to walk as wolves under the full moon. But before we get ahead of ourselves, let me point something out. These are not your typical werewolves.

These are super attractive werewolves. They don't get hairy and scary and bloodthirsty. No! Instead, they get muscular and grow scruffy facial hair and look like Kili from the movie version of The Hobbit. They may have a little fang action going on, but honestly, no one cares because of how hot they are.

Female Lead a la Bella Swan

Celeste, the lead female, is the type of character you can superimpose anyone's face/personality on to. Which is perfect, because most young girls who read don't need strong female role models. They need bland shells of characters who they can easily extract from the story and replace with their swooning selves.

Realistic Character Types

The jock. The princess. The nice guy. The sporty girl. You know, we meet so many cookie-cutter people in real life that it's kind of refreshing to finally see them represented in a work of fiction. We usually have to suffer through books where the characters have complex thoughts and emotions. You don't have to worry about any of that with this series!
